  • Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino email and application support and maintenance;
  • BES support and maintenance;
  • Mobile email on IOS/Android device support and maintenance;
  • performing presentation support in conference room and auditorium for various seminar and event;
  • support and troubleshooting internet web servers’ and service, including JBoss, Apache, IBM WebSphere, Lotus Domino web service and Microsoft IIS;
  • supporting network implementation in WAN/LAN service and installation of horizontal and vertical network infrastructure;
  • supporting and troubleshooting standard office automation applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Windows and Office applications such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio, Adobe Acrobat and Flash, Java runtime;
  • supporting anti-virus software, such as Kaspersky Endpoint Protection;
  • administrating and configuring Fortigate firewalls. Install SSL VPN on user notebook; and
  • troubleshooting hardware & software in PCs & notebook.
  • hard disk cloning technique, such as Symantec Ghost;
  • disaster recovery skills on operating system and e-mail service;
  • supporting video conference equipment;
  • performing day-to-day LAN administration jobs, maintaining and performing troubleshooting of Windows AD servers;
  • conducting periodic SAM checks and preparation of the audit reports;
  • analyzing IT security alerts and conducting periodic patching;
  • print server configuration;
  • monitoring and troubleshooting major brands of network switches and routers, such as Cisco/H3C/Foundry;
  • administrating, configuring and scheduling of WiFi server and the WiFi access points for supporting internal staff and visitors;
  • Configure and install operating systems, application software and common office automation applications;



  • Degree or higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
  • Minimum 4-year experience in network, system, servers, PC support
  • At least 3-year experience in support and maintenance of the administrative network and systems
