  • Provide IT support to end user via hotline and on-site duties
  • Support service including IT facility administration, installation and configuration of desktop PC, printers and peripherals
  • Manage service tickets to ensure service levels are met
  • Service parts and inventory management
  • Maintenance agreements and service revenue management
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
  • Shift duty may be required


  • At least 2 years in system administration / Technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in PC hardware, and standard MS Applications
  • Provide staff support, installation and problem troubleshooting on desktop, laptop, tablets, printer, routers and peripherals.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines.
  • MCP and MCSE certificates holder will be an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills, proactive, customer focused and business minded.
  • Immediate available is preferred
