Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to hospital users
  • Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation
  • Provide basic end-user training
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors


Entry Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in helpdesk support
  • Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • More experience candidate will be considered as Senior Technical Support
