  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, personal computer tools, network and operating systems
  • Install, configure, monitor and perform 1st tier support of POS systems and networked peripheral devices
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor related to Infrastructure


  • Diploma or above in computer science, information technology or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Helpdesk / Internal Support
  • Proficient in infrastructure, setup of Firewall, Microsoft and Linux servers
  • Holder of MCP/MCSE is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently with little supervision
  • Proactive and willing to learn. Good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
