Technical Support/System Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Administer IT infrastructure and provide technical support
  • Responsible for hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration, backup and upgrade
  • Troubleshoot software/hardware problems, logging problems and documenting fixes
  • Work with system vendors in daily technical supporting tasks and verify billing and invoices
  • Perform IT asset / inventory/ helpdesk management and monitor performance of system to ensure system running healthily
  • Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and evaluation
  • Conduct on-site/off-site support, may need to work during non-office hours according when immediate technical support is required
  • Respond to requests for new or configured hardware/software and keep inventory up to date
  • Prepare reports, procedures and manuals as requires
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years technical support and in-house IT working experience
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
  • Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, GPOs, Office 365, WSUS and MDM
  • Strong infrastructure skills in Window server/Linux, virtualization, Hyper-V, IT security, SAN, Switch, Router, Firewall, SSLVPN
  • Experience in PC setup, O365, Visio, mobile device support, helpdesk support/ back-office operations, Azure Cloud and Google cloud
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills with positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and explore latest IT technologies
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • More experience will be consider as System Administrator
