Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for on-site software installation, handling customer's inquiries and complaints and providing training to customers

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1-2 years' hands on experience in customer service or technical support
  • Good knowledge of Window Based products, tools, web internet service and Lan and Wan support
  • Pleasant and be able to provide quality customer services
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese and with good telephone manner
  • Experience in Customer Service or IT support would be an advantage
