(a) To develop multimedia learning materials;
(b) To prepare audio and video productions for instructional media purpose;
(c) To set up, operate and maintain computers, audio and video systems for teaching and learning activities and events;
(d) To provide technical support to teaching activities as well as special projects and events;
(e) To administrate Mac, Windows and Linux servers, to troubleshoot LAN equipment and IP network and to provide other IT-related technical support for staff and students;
(f) To monitor the smartcard system for access control and class attendance; and
(g) To assist in procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software license and consumables.
(a) A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
(c) Good communication and problem-solving skills and be a good team player
(d) Ability to work independently and proactively and to meet tight deadline; and
(e) Applicants with experience and / or knowledge in one or more of the following area(s) would be an advantage:
(i) Graphic design, desktop publishing and video production programs, e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe CC – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & After Effect in Windows or Mac platforms
(ii) Web development tools such as Dreamweaver, PHP, ASP and HTML
(iii) Multimedia and IT related technical support
(iv) Video conference and live streaming technical support
(v) Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware
(vi) LAN/WAN technology and TCP/IP
(1) Shortlisted candidate(s) may be required to attend and pass a trade test.

(3) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and/or outside normal office hours.
