The Division

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.


You will

  • support the implementing and monitoring of channel business plans to optimize the betting turnover from Racing, Football Betting and Mark Six in achieving channel targets and corporate objectives
  • supervise and provide second tier support to Operations from Operations Planning, Workforce Management, and People Development perspectives
  • implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance and quality of work, participate in projects development and implementation
  • execute strategic training and service enhancement programs to uplift staff competence and enhance customer experience
  • design & execute staff relationship & wellness programs to nourish happy & healthy workplace 
  • assist in ad-hoc projects, and other duties as assigned


You should have

  • a degree and/or a minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in operations and administration preferably in sizable organizations
  • good communication skills in both English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua will be an advantage
  • initiative, ability to work independently and business acumen
  • to prepare to work on shift until late night including weekends and public holidays

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Telebet Supervisor


Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
