ICBC Credit Card Centre (Int'l)

  • 管理電話營銷團隊,開展信用卡、貸款等產品的電話營銷,對電話營銷業績指標負責;
  • 負責電話營銷團隊日常運營管理,帶領、激勵團隊成員達到業績目標;
  • 負責拓展電話營銷項目並組織實施,監測項目效果提出優化改善方案;
  • 負責制定團隊培訓計畫及組織實施培訓,提高團隊成員的營銷技能;
  • 負責電話營銷團隊建設,根據公司目標招聘人員,完善團隊組織架構、優化考核方案;
  • 負責制定、完善電話營銷團隊的業務操作流程,確保全面遵守與電話營銷有關的內部或外部監管要求;
  • Responsible for managing the telesales team, meeting sales KPI via selling credit card, loan products and etc.;
  • Responsible for the daily operation management of the telesales team, leading and motivating team members to reach the sales target;
  • Responsible for expanding telesales projects, organizing the execution, monitoring the performance and making plan for improvements;
  • Responsible for making team training plan and organizing the execution, in order to improve team members 'sales skills;
  • Responsible for team building, doing recruitment according to company’s objective, consummating team’s organizational structure and improving performance evaluation plan;
  • Responsible for making and improving business working flow of the telesales team to insure the business completely comply with related regulatory requirements from both internal and external parties.
任職要求 (中英對照):
  • 中五以上學歷;
  • 5年以上銷售崗位相關工作經驗,至少3年為團隊負責人;
  • 熟悉信用卡、私人貸款等業務及相關監管法規政策;
  • 具有團隊領導能力和良好的溝通能力、協調能力;
  • 具有開拓精神和抗壓能力,有進取心;
  • 能操流利廣東話,及一般英語、普通話
  • Form 5 or above;
  • 5 years sales related working experience with at least 3 years experience as team leader;
  • Familiar with credit card, private loan products, etc. business and related regulation, law and policy;
  • With team-leading capability, excellent communication skill;
  • With pioneering spirit and ability to work under high-pressure;
  • Fluent Cantonese, general English and Mandarin.
