Teller / Senior Teller

Main Responsibilities:-

• Perform general teller duties over counter such as receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.
• Cross-sell consumer bank products and handle general inquiries
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers whenever opportunities arise
• Provide other clerical duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
• Minimum 1 year's teller and customer services experience in retail banking
• Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated & detail-minded
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Teller
