Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of administrative services to the department including monitor office and administration system & equipment, ordering materials, clerical work, etc.
  • Handle invoice settlement process including purchase requisitions;
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as and when required;
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or DSE or above;
  • 2-3 years' relevant working experience, large organization working experience preferred;
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well-organizedl
  • Proficiency in MS Office
