As a member of the Learning & Development (L&D) Team of the Human Resources Department, you will support team managers in the daily operations of the learning and development function including course implementation, data management and other administration duties, as well as providing administrative support to Human Resources Department. You will also take part in researching for and preparing proposals for special projects and new initiatives of the L&D team.

To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, preferably majored in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least one to two years relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. You must have good interpersonal, organization and communication skills and able to work independently. You should be an active team player with initiative and ability to produce high quality work. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
