  • 5-day week


  • Five subjects passes including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE or HKDSE

  • One year’s relevant experience preferred

  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email system and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent Cantonese; good common of English and Putonghua.


Human Resources~

  • To provide administrative support to various HR functions

  • General clerical, filing and administrative duties

  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors


  • Check and report identified defects in office environment, decoration, furniture and equipment for rectification;

  • Assist in the coordination and logistics support in office accommodation / maintenance / warehouse operation;

  • Arrange quotations and prepare procurement applications in relation to office/equipment maintenance;

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring contractors’ performance;

  • Arrange regular disposal of waste papers/obsolete items;

  • Compile various returns as well as routine and ad hoc reports;

  • Check invoices and arrange payment;

  • Handle general administrative work;

  • Provide back-up support for team members; and

  • Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors.
