Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative services including typing, scanning
  • Accurate typing of documents & duly completed
  • Database management
  • Assist the Department colleague in providing quality customer services and support to our Brokerage business
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Relevant experience in customer services in Brokerage industry
  • Good Knowledge of accounting documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing
  • Immediately available is preferred
