A sizable and famous International Professional Firm with a spacious and premium office in Central & Westerndistrict is currently expanding their Accounts and HR team. A new headcount starting from 3-month fixed term contract has been created and it will be highly likely converted to be a permanent headcount early 2019.
Reporting to the Head of Accounting and Senior HR Officer, the main responsibilities will include but not limit to:
Prepare cheques and make online payment for various vendors
Prepare payrolls reports and handle internal staff reimbursements
Handle staff C&B work including MPF and medical insurance enrollment
Handle staff movement administration such as visa application
Prepare the staff attendance reports
Maintain the HR / personnel filing system
Answer enquiries from internal staff on payroll, leave record, benefits and medical and last payment matters
Assist the HR Manager on recruitment admin work

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
Excellent communication ability in both Chinese and English
Strong computer skills – MS Excel usage us a MUST
Good understanding of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
Professional Firm working experience will be beneficial
Welcome fresh graduate with HR (payroll / C&B / recruitment) or Accounting internship working experience from MNCs / Professional Firms
