Temporary Account Clerk (4 months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle AP, AR, Inventory and General Journal daily transactions
  • Proper cash & bank records maintenance and reconciliations
  • General Accounting clerical duties such as reporting & filing
  • Data input and posting from Excel to MYOB
  • Assist in month end closing process
  • Handle ad hoc project where necessary

Requirements:

  • F. 5 or above with LCCI level III
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferable (Fresh graduate will also be considered.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office such as excel and words, knowledge of MYOB accounting system will definitely be an advantage
  • Well organized, hardworking, willing to learn and can work under pressure
  • Immediate availability preferred
