Temporary Accounting Officer (3 months)

Job Description

  • Perform accounts payable function, including cheque or TT Payment, input data for AP invoice and settlement, prepare payment vouchers etc.
  • Prepare bank weekly report, bank reconciliation and cash flow forecast
  • Deal with supplier for collecting supplier’s invoice and check supplier’s statement
  • Report and provide support to Finance Manager
  • Handle general clerical jobs and other ad-hoc assignment when required

Job Requirements

  • F.7 or above
  • LCC&I Third level or above
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in using SAP Accounting System is preferred
  • Hardworking, motivated, work well under pressure, independent and well organized
  • Immediate available is preferred
