Temporary Administrative Assistant, New Business/Underwriting (6-months¡¦ Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operation tasks
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, policy issuance, data verification and correspondence handling
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with relevant working experience in life insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hands-on PC skills in Word, Chinese Word Processing and MS Excel
  • Immediate available preferred
