Temporary Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational & administrative activities
  • Handle document distribution
  • Assist operations to prepare weekly internal announcements
  • Facilitate communication between office and shop
  • Support shops operation material (fax paper, shopping bags, petty cash etc.)
  • Handle new joiners of shops
  • Allocate monthly and ad-hoc staff coupons
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary educated
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail industry preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded and proactive
  • Good command in MS word, excel and PowerPoint 
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
