Temporary Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Process internal and external documents according to internal guidelines
  • Provide clerical support such as data inputting, document scanning, photocopying and filing etc
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Post-secondary educated with 1 year working experience (Less experience will be considered)
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications, such as Excel and MS Word
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
