Temporary Assistant Accountant (3 Months Contract)

This position is responsible for Income Audit & Accounts Receivable
(Strat from the mid of March till the mid of June 2019)

  • Audit sales transactions, City Ledger and credit card posting in PMS
  • Reconciliation of credit card payment and travel agent commission
  • Prepare daily revenue report and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare timely AR statement, proforma invoice
  • Prepare month end journal for Income Audit and Accounts Receivable section
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments and other duties when necessary 


  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years or above in hotel accounting is preferable
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Good communications and interpersonal
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized, strong analytical, problem solving and attention to details
  • Knowledge of PMS System and Flex Accounting System is preferable
