Temporary clerical assistant (12-month contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all document receipt / distribution, as well as recording and imaging.
  • Handle contribution cheque upon receipt.
  • Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries in a professional manner and make referral to appropriate teams to follow up with customers if necessary.
  • General office administration jobs, like stationery ordering, office appliances check-up and repair arrangement.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 year experience in providing clerical support is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and China Word Processing).
  • English & Chinese typing with speed and accuracy.
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
