Temporary Clerk (1-year contract) - Customer Enquiries & Residential Installation Services Department

The Role:

  • Handle the general documentation and clerical works, such as data input, documentation handling and work orders follow-up through the Siebel system
  • Issue and coordinate sales orders of appliances sold by dealers
  • Acknowledge and handle installation-related enquiries from customers and other departments
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

The Person:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Clerical experience is preferred
  • Good PC knowledge and applications, such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently

Work Hour & Location:

  • 5.5 days work per week
  • Mon-Fri: 8:30a.m. — 5:00p.m. ; Sat: 8:30a.m. — 12:30p.m.
  • Location : North Point
