Temporary Company Secretarial Assistant (6 months)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in performing general company secretarial and administrative duties
  • Maintain corporate records, filing documents and draft documents
  • Arrange for statutory filings in a timely manner
  • Liaise with banks, government authorities and professional firms etc. for different company secretarial matters
  • Support the supervisor(s) in ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be:

  • A degree/diploma holder and a student member of HKICS / ICSA
  • Possesses at least 2 years company secretarial experience gained from reputable professional firms or Hong Kong listed companies
  •  A team player who can work collaboratively with members in the team
  • Is well-organized and be able to handle pressure
  • Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
