Our client is the largest English International School Organization, they are urgently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Administrator to join their company for 3-4 months. Contract extension will be subjected to business needs and candidate performance.
Update information regarding employees' compensation & benefits issues
Input and update job band/benchmarking and benefit tables
Assist in handling employees' medical cases
Assist in logistic arrangement such as coordination in roadshow program
Other HR administrative duties as assigned
Associate Level/Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in PC applications & familiar with MS Office
Able to work independently
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, energetic, initiative, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Immediately available candidates are highly preferable
