Temporary Customer Service Hotline Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cross-border e-commerce logistics customer services handling, including order process close follow up, tracking status monitoring, customers’ enquiries handling…etc.
  • Prepare regular business reports
  • Provide logistics arrangement service via phone
  • Perform professional customer service for our customers
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor

Job requirements

  • DSE with 5 subjects passed or above academic background;
  • 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service Hotline, preferably in Logistics or e-commerce industry would be an advantage;
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in speaking & writing English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • A team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication, coordination and analyzing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Employment Period: negotiable from two to six months
