Temporary Customer Service Officer (3 months)

Pizza Hut Hong Kong Management Ltd.

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints through telephone, email, correspondence, etc; liaising with shops & related departments for case investigation and follow up as well as monitoring service performance of the Call Centre.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in customer service, catering, hospitality or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Catering or Retail industry
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone manner
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
