Temporary Human Resources & Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation. leave management and maintain accurate & update staff records
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing courier service
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support such as office maintenance, stationary ordering and other office related support
  • Manage the booking of conference/meeting rooms and other office facilities
  • Check the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval
  • Responsible and coordinate the traveling arrangement such as air-ticket issuing, hotel booking and other related support   
  • Assist ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • HKDSE / F.5 graduate or above with Certificate/Diploma in relevant discipline
  • At lease 2 years of working experience in handling overall HR & office administrative works
  • Solid experience in Human Resources is an advantage 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent, willing to learn with good communication skills
  • A good team player with proactive and positive attitude
  • Immediately available is a must

This position can be considered as a permanent employment upon contract-ended reviewal.
