What are we looking for?

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Well verse of Employment ordinance and related regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure.


Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Act as business partner to liaise with external and internal stakeholders from different Business Divisions
  • Participate in projects including Graduate Trainee Program, Summer Internship Program and potential staff development, employee engagement activities etc.
  • Work with C&B colleague on the preparation of monthly payroll
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review
  • Handle contract renewal
  • Assist in headcount planning and statistical analysis
  • Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors
