The SFC investigates and brings enforcement proceedings in complex and often novel and innovative matters under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The litigation it conducts is exciting and challenging. We currently need legal graduates to act as temporary legal executives to help support investigations and litigation preparation. You will work with investigators and litigators on a wide range of matters essential to help us investigate and bring proceedings.
You should have a good degree in law and experience as a paralegal in a litigation practice is an advantage. We will also consider recent law graduates with experience in a leading firm’s litigation practice. You need strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua. You should be detail orientated and produce reliable well-ordered work. An ability to present complicated information in a simple, understandable manner is a benefit.
