Temporary Merchandise Coordinator (3 to 5 months contract)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare weekly / monthly / seasonal merchandise and financial sales reports
  • Ensure an up-to-date database for item coding, product and price information are maintained at all times
  • Coordinate with vendors and studio on receiving, managing and returning shooting samples
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and vendor presentations
  • Support in day-to-day operational activities


  • University students or fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good organization, numerical, analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Passionate about fashion
