Temporary Officer (Office Administration)


The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all-round office administration duties, monitoring and following up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services, assisting in the preparation of monthly reports with progress updates and handling ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.


  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of solid office administration experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High integrity, mature, strong initiative and able to work independently
  • Contract period: 3 months from mid-February 2019
