The job holder is to assist the Facility & Engineering Manager to fully utilize the engineering project.



  • Assist to follow-up project details and meet project timeline
  • Handle project documentation and workflow including planning, scheduling and preparing reports for management review
  • Coordinate the work of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Inventory control and prepare orders for maintenance tools and parts
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor
  • 5-days work and shift duty may be required
  • Working Location: Chek Lap Kok



  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1 year or above relevant experience
  • Strong command in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to meet deadlines
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
