Temporary Receptionist ($20K- $25K) - International law firm

Summary:

My client is a reputable, medium sized international law firm in central. They are currently seeking for a Receptionist to work on a temporary basis to handle both front desk and administrative duties for the Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

The main duties will include:

  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients
  • Provide full reception support to the Hong Kong office
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms
  • Office admin duties
  • Facilities management and procurement managements
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant
  • Must have law firm experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and a highly motivated attitude
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
