Temporary Receptionist


Our client, an American financial services company located in Central is seeking for a temporary receptionist to join their dynamic team.

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform general receptionist duties
  • Maintain reception area and office facilities in neat and tidy manner
  • Answer telephone calls and greet guests professionally
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, mails, documents and courier services etc
  • Provide office administrative support
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Able to speak at commerical level English; also fluent Chinese is a must\
  • Presentable, proactive and independent

Working Location: Central
Working date: 15 (Training), 19-22, 25-26 June (Must attend full period) (Prefers to have one who can work in long-term part-time basis)
Hourly rate: $90/hour
Working Time: 09:00-18:00 (With one hour no pay meal break)
