Temporary Sales Administrative Assistant (1.5 month contract)

Job Requirements :

- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or Business Administration Studies

- With 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel Sales & Marketing will be an advantage

- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset

- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Attentive to details, independent and able to work under pressure


Job Duties :

- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department

- Answer guests' enquiries, by phone, fax or email


Remarks :

This is a temporary position for 1.5 months commencing in December 2016.
