TEMPORARY SHIPPING CLERK

Duties:

  • Prepare full set of I/E documents
  • Prepare Sales orders and Purchases orders
  • Handle customs declaration, booking and Bill of Lading
  • Coordinate with clients and overseas agents
  • Responsible for tracking order status and logistic coordination
  • Liaise with related internal departments and factories
  • To prepare and submit L/C, verifying L/C from customers
  • Handle ad-hoc matters.

Requirements:

  • F5 graduate or above
  • Good in spoken and writing English, Cantonese and Putonghua, capable of liaising and follow-up with foreign and local suppliers and customers
  • 2-3 years shipping experience in children's accessories such as bags, stationeries, seasonal, etc.
  • Familiar with US market & US retailers is a definite plus
  • Well-organized, initiative, flexible with sense of responsibilities
  • Good knowledge of I/E documentation, procedures & bank documents
  • Good at MS Words, Excel, Outlook, familiar with SAP system is a plus but not a must
  • IMMEDIATE available is highly preferred
