-Provide quotations and coordinate service appointments in different countries for HK-based customers
-Monitor the services level provided by our operation teams and step in when correction actions required
-Follow up appointments details in internal system and verify the content before invoicing
-Work closely with operation team and sales team to ensure service commitment
-Provide support to other teammates
-Participate in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
-University graduate with experience in customer service preferable
-Good customer service technique (phone and emails)
-Enjoy working with people in different countries
-Good time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Able to work independently within time limit
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
-Proficient in Outlook, Excel
