(a) To coordinate and monitor the development of marketing communications collaterals for publicity and student recruitment purposes;
(b) To generate brand awareness through effective advertising, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement and content marketing;
(c) To plan and coordinate marketing initiatives for the opening of the International Culinary Institute; and
(d) To provide administrative support in promotional and marketing events.
(a) (i) A recognized degree in the discipline of language, public relations, marketing, design, or equivalent, and preferably with some work experience in the relevant industry, preferably in marketing and/or public relations; OR
(ii) A recognized higher diploma in the discipline of language, public relations, marketing, design, or equivalent, and at least 3 years' work or teaching experience in the relevant industry, preferably in marketing and/or public relations;
(b) Administrative driven, very detail-minded and excellent proof-reading and event management skills;
(c) Good command of English and Chinese;
(d) Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines;
(e) Proficiency in common computer software applications; and
(f) Ability to pass a trade test.
(1) The post is in the rank of “Teaching Associate" or “Instructor".
(2) Applicants without the required academic qualifications stated in (a)(ii) above but possessing 8 years’ relevant work or teaching experience may also apply. Where applicable, these candidates may be required to have a Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 3 qualification.
(3) The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned.
(4) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
