Information Technology Discipline Planning Office

(a) To plan, coordinate, implement various projects and events, and publicity matters of the operation unit;
(b) To plan and produce communication materials such as videos, articles and other promotional materials;
(c) To perform administrative work related to areas of academic support, general administration, human resources, finance and procurement;
(d) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operation unit;
(e) To undertake committee work in various committees and recruitment boards; and
(f) To perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
(a) A recognized degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or comparable organizations;
(c) A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both English and Chinese;
(d) Good interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills; and
(e) Self-initiative, flexible, pleasant and be a good team player.
(1) Immediate availability is preferred.
(2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written assessment in both English and Chinese.
(3) The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours and perform duties on Saturdays and Sundays in designated places as assigned.
(4) The appointee(s) will be posted to the Department of Information Technology of IVE (Chai Wan).
