(a) To perform human resources management and general administrative duties;
(b) To provide secretarial and administrative support for the work of working groups and committees;
(c) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; and
(d) To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit.
(a) A recognized degree or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in major organizations;
(c) Preference will be given to candidates with good understanding of human resources management and good IT skills;
(d) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(e) Good problem solving and time management skills; and
(f) Self-initiative and be a good team player.
(1) Applicants are required to highlight their language proficiency (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) in their C.V.
(2) Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and to take a written assessment in both English and Chinese.
