THE HENLEY - SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Duties:

• Provide concierge service to our customers in our residential development
• Respond to customer requests and enquiries
• Perform clerical duties
• Ensure the smooth operation of the property

Requirement:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Hold a valid Hong Kong Security Personal Permit & QAS certificate
• With at least 1 year experience in luxury property management
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who can work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Customer Service Assistant.
• Location: The Henley, Kai Tak

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
