The Upper House - Call Centre Supervisor

Purpose of Job

Direct and supervise Call Centre team while handle phone inquiries and requests to help create a memorable and enticing experience for both in-house and external hotel guests.

Do you have the following?

  • Degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school (preferable)
  • 3 years experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of all areas of hotel operations
  • Opera or Fidelio experience preferable
  • Effective interpersonal skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Local knowledge and ability to relate with all nationalities
  • Outgoing, people orientated personality
  • Goal driven personality
