Purpose of Job

Assisting in food and ingredients preparation, reporting to the Sous Chef in daily operations of the kitchen.

Do you have the following?

  • 2 years of hotel experience preferred 
  • Excellent knowledge in food production and cooking skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Very flexible and able to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments 
  • Enjoy working in a team environment 
  • Able to work under pressure
