The Upper House - Revenue Manager

Purpose of Job

Overseeing and directing all operations of the hotel reservation centre.

Do you have the following?

  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent in related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years luxury hotels working experience in a similar position
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to deliver consistent services
  • Self-initiative, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledgeable about hotel reservation / revenue systems
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Fully computer literate
  • Considerable knowledge of hotel property management systems, e.g. Opera
