Ticketing Officer / Customer Service Officer (Airline / Hotel - Many Positions)

The Job

  • Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related traveling services.
  • Position: Ticketing Officer / Reservation Officer
  • Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's enquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, etc.
  • $15-20K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and Allowance



  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year customer services experience.
  • Relevant ticketing or customer services experience with airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage but not a must
  • Good phone manner and customer service skills
  • Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
  • Fluent speaker of a third language (Japanese / Korean) will be an advantage
