The Job

  • Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related touring services.
  • Position: Ticketing & Reservation Officer / Supervisor
  • Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, Fare quotation, etc. NO selling required
  • $15-25K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and incentive. $2-3K night shift allowance
     

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in customer services
    • Supervisor - 5 years or above
    • Officer - 1 year or above
  • For Supervisor position, relevant team supervision experience gained from call center OR travel industry is required
  • Good phone manner and customer service skills
  • Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
  • Fluent speaker of a third language (Japanese / Korean) will be an advantage
  • Candidate without previous experience but with strong interest in CS industry will also be considered
