Our client is a Swiss luxury manufacturing company that designs, manufactures and markets watches and fashion accessories, as well as eye-wear and mobile phones manufactured under license by other companies and carrying the brand.
Reports to the Boutique Manager
Maintain highest efficiency of store operation, including monitoring of merchandise/ visual merchandise and stock control
Provide quality service, product knowledge and professional product knowledge and styling advice to customer
Build and enhance close relationship with customer
Handle customer's complaints and give recommendation
Work as a team and be committed to achieve or exceed sales plan
Having at least 1 year of working experience in luxury retail industry
Candidate with successful sales track record would be an advantage
Strong knowledge and passion in watch
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as building close relationship with customers
