Deskside Support Engineer

Job Duty

  • Provide technical support of daily desktop support/mobile devices and problem resolution 
  • Perform IT help-desk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking technologies
  • Take ownership of call resolution until it is resolved.
  • basic knowledge of Mac device preferred
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor


  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
  • Experienced in providing desktop support and Mobile support
  • Certificates in MCSA / MCSE / MCP / CCNA / ITIL will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills is essential.
  • Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal 

Helpdesk Support

Job Duty

  • Provide technical deskside and technical supports to end users
  • Support Internal IT workflow
  • Maintain Internet/Intranet site content
  • Documentation and operational procedures 


  • F.5 or above ;
  • 2 years related working experience;
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications,PC,Laptop,Mobile

On-site Network Supervisor (JNCIE-SP certificate)

Job duty

  • Handle technical tickets of all Incident and Fault at Customer's NOC.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve the incidents and problem tickets within SLA
  • Perform Advanced Level Troubleshooting & Analysis of complex problem
  • Interacts effectively with Cisco TAC, Vendor TAC and Engineering to solve complex problem
  • Simulate the Customer Network architecture within Operations Lab to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams of Customer, Cisco teams to deliver improved Operations KPI
  • Collaborates with Vendor Engineering teams on complex product and software issues, driving resolution of specific bugs.
  • Share knowledge to the team member's and participate in the various training programs


  • Requires BSEE / CS or equivalent with 8+years's (for Supervisor level - preferred 10+) / 5+years (for Engineer level) of relevant experience in a network / telecommunications Operations or Technology support environment.
  • Minimum certification of JNCIE-SP (for Supervisor level) JNCIP-SEC (for Engineer level) or its equivalent.

Mandatory Skills

  • L2 technologies - VLAN's trunking, VTP, Ether channelling, STP's, RSTP, MSTP
  • IPV4 & IPV6 addressing
  • L3 technologies - BGP, L3 technology troubleshooting
  • Platform Skillset (either or all of) - Juniper Routers & Firewall
  • Tools and automation (desired) - scripting (perl, Python. bash etc.,), industry tools - HP TeMip, Protocol Analyzers, Syslog Analyzers (Splunk) etc.,
  • Ability to formulate and deliver complex presentations.
