REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • With minimum of 7 years HR experience with focus in Compensation & Benefits
  • With experience in base salary administration , v ariable pay program design and administration, market pricing, global job levelling, government-mandated compensation/benefit/pension requirements in Asia Pacific, l ocal marketplace compensation and benefits practices in Asia Pacific
  • With experience in effectively managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed business environment
  • Basic understanding of Asia Pacific social systems for medical and health care along with a basic understanding of how insurance works in tandem with these social programs
  • Basic understanding of Simplified Standard Mandarin Chinese language, with willingness to learn
  • Analytical, detail minded, good team player and with good business acumen
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With strong data management and PC skills

THE COMPANY:

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • HK$650K - 800K p.a. (negotiable)
